- In a emergency or climatic event, the Plage Saint-Zotique administration has the right to temporairly close the swimming area, with no refund. At anytime, the administration has the right to limit or clore certain zones of the beach or site.
- No ticket will be sold at the door once maximum capacity is reached.
- It is possible that the administration asks to see the credit card used for the transaction and an ID with picture.
- Residents of the Municipality of Saint-Zotique have free access to the beach, without prior reservation (the citizen’s card is required upon entry)
